Breakfast

Lunch

2 cups of mixed greens, 3 oz tuna, 1 tablespoon of vinaigrette, 1 cup of cherry tomatoes and chopped cucumber.

Dinner

4 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup roasted Brussels sprouts, ½ cup of roasted sweet potatoes, 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Breakfast

Take overnight oats with blueberries which are prepared by 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, ½ cup of oats, ½ cup of nonfat milk, ½ cup of blueberries, ½ cup plain low-fat plain yogurt.

Lunch

2 slices veggies pizza, 1 tablespoon of vinaigrette, 1 cup salad green, 5 fl oz red wine.
